Something I just mentioned in poor ol' Duarte's LJ as he just posted about Raglan, but..
What is the SCA/Isles going to do when the banks phase out cheques in the UK, something which is approaching with ever increasing speed.
Thought I'd put the idea out to discuss! Do the SCA still have rules against electronic systems? Current Mood: curious

Need to contact Gonz at DW
Sorry to shotgun like this, but I urgently need to get a message to goncalves
, who are both at Double Wars at present. If anyone can either pass a message on or can put me in touch with someone who can then I'd be very grateful. We're having fun and games with weapons permits for rapiers and I don't want him to arrive in Keflavik and have his kit impounded.

One day in history
The British Library would like people to send their blog entries for October 17th
to them, in order to make a record of national life. They're particularly interested in how history has affected your day.
It occurs to me that history affects most of our days! :) They also have a database of history-related events that we might find interesting. It might even be worth submitting some of our demos to them.
